We deliver imported British, American and European food and drinks to mainland Spain (Peninsula) and the Balearic Islands. We don't currently deliver to the Canary Islands.

- Free delivery for orders of €20 or more
Delivery time
Orders are shipped with Correos and usually arrive within 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Express shipping is coming soon.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can cancel or change your order any time before it has shipped. Once it has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our return policy below applies.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be unopened and unused, with the original seal intact. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened food products.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item you received was incorrect, faulty, or damaged in transit — in that case, we cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we'll review your case and arrange a reshipment or refund.
